Three-cylinder 1.1 L diesel engine, naturally aspirated (D) or turbocharged (TD).
Developed for auxiliary power systems and demanding ground-based platforms, it delivers reliable torque and endurance in a very compact footprint.

The Suter RHW-1100-D/TD is a compact, liquid-cooled diesel power unit engineered for protected vehicle platforms, compact APU configurations and field-deployable systems.

Available in naturally aspirated (D) and turbocharged (TD) versions, it delivers 18.5 kW (D) to 22.5 kW (TD) continuous output.
A building height of 406 mm enables installation where conventional diesel engines cannot fit.

The RHW-1100 is available exclusively as an engineered system package.
Suter provides full integration support, calibration and system configuration to ensure validated performance and lifecycle stability.

Modern protected vehicles and high-demand ground systems require high electrical output, low thermal and acoustic signatures, multi-fuel readiness, and stable operation under extreme loads and temperatures.

The RHW-1100 was developed specifically to meet these requirements. It is an engineered power unit built for demanding operational environments.

  • SPS ECU is able to control more than the engine itself. Several I/O options for actuators, sensors, PWM signals, etc.
  • Cold-Start Capability:
  • Glow plugs and block heater for reliable start down to –32 °C.

POSITIONING
