THE KNOW-HOW
SWISS MADE
We have extensive experience in a wide range of manufacturing. Including precision CNC milling and turning, sheet metal fabrication, welding and assembly. Almost all the parts we develop are produced in-house. We have vast experience in the production of highly complex parts as well as the manufacture of engine components, such as cylinder heads, engine casings and crankshafts for small and pilot series. Our specialists can fabricate welded constructions by hand, particularly for designs produced in aluminium, and for medium-sized or larger series, we have a modern TIG welding robot.
MACHINING
Our CNC manufacturing division has the latest CAM software, which we use to program our milling machines and lathes. We maintain a state-of-the-art machine
park with 3- to 5-axis milling machines, including auto matic pallet handling and dual spindle lathes. This enables an efficient production of a vast variety of parts.
SHEET METAL
FABRICATION
Our fabricators are specialists with many years of experience, passion and the necessary flair for complex welded constructions. We have extensive experience in the manufacture of complex racing chassis and swing arms made of high-strength aluminium and steel alloys. For medium and large-size series, we have a TIG welding robot for aluminium and all steel alloys.
ASSEMBLY
Our fabricators are specialists with many years of experience, passion and the necessary flair for complex welded constructions. We have extensive experience in the manufacture of complex racing chassis and swing arms made of high-strength aluminium and steel alloys. For medium and large-size series, we have a TIG welding robot for aluminium and all steel alloys.

Our arsenal of quality assurance equipment includes a Faro 3D measurement arm, a Wenzel 3D coordinate measuring machine, as well as other equipment for height measurement, surface measurement, and hardness testing.
